IT Service Manager (m/f)

- Treat product-as-service
- Deep understanding of the product, customer, business, and industry (Learn your product inside-out)
- Know the high-level, conceptual view of the project; know the product's entire lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond
- Respect the needs of customers; be aware of the product roadmap defined by the Group's business owner
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during preparation activities, technical analysis, and problem-solving - collaborating with the Group's business owner and development on the analysis of requests to align the product roadmap with strategic goals - master plan preparation and replanning activities
- Maintain communication with IT analysts relevant to the product
- Maintain communication with relevant PMs for specific implementations
- Be informed of the budget for product development, new implementations, upgrades, and manage contracts
- Be the primary contact for all queries related to the product, with an emphasis on IT
- Sufficient knowledge for technical discussions to facilitate workshops within IT teams and conduct feasibility studies
- Sufficient knowledge for planning and high-level technical discussions
- Prepare reports in accordance with the needs of the Company and Group in the field of competence
Uvjeti
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics, or a related discipline; Economics can be taken into consideration
- Technical background
- Knowledge/experience in IT products related to development, infrastructure, and collaboration tools (Atlassian)
- Preferably at least five years of practical experience in similar positions
- Experience in business requirements analysis related to IT
- Advantage: Prior experience in the banking industry (IT-related)
- Advantage: Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English - communication, understanding complex technical statements and documents associated with duties
- ITIL is a plus, but not mandatory
