O poslu
- Reviewing, classifying, and documenting the assessment of goods, software, technology, and services under EU and Croatian export control law.
- Preparing, submitting, and managing export, transfer, brokering, transit, and licensing procedures, including end-user, end-use, and delivery verification certificates.
- Building, maintaining, and further developing an effective Internal Compliance Programme (ICP) with clear responsibilities, transaction reviews, documentation, audits, and corrective actions.
- Conducting sanctions, embargo, end-use, and end-user checks, as well as assessing diversion and re-export risks.
- Advising internal departments, in particular engineering, sales, procurement, project management, logistics, quality, and legal/compliance.
- Acting as the interface with Croatian authorities, Rheinmetall group functions, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing for and supporting authority inspections, internal audits, and training sessions in Croatian and English.
Uvjeti
- Successfully completed degree, preferably in law, economics, international relations, foreign trade, logistics, or engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in export control, foreign trade, customs, defense compliance, or a regulated industry environment.
- Solid knowledge of Regulation (EU) 2021/821 and Croatian dual-use, armaments, defense products, and non-military lethal goods regulations, as well as confident handling of classification, licensing applications, and end-use/end-user documentation.
