- Support IBM Planning Analytics applications and related planning and reporting processes.
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of Planning Analytics Local environments, helping ensure platform stability, availability, and usability.
- Support Planning Analytics Workspace and Planning Analytics for Excel, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, connectivity issues, and user support.
- Help monitor, prioritize, triage, and resolve application incidents, service requests, and user-reported issues.
- Assist with software upgrades, patching, deployments, environment refreshes, release validation, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with senior Planning Analytics administrators and developers to learn platform administration, troubleshooting, and development best practices.
- Support documentation, knowledge articles, operational procedures, and user guidance materials.
- Work with infrastructure, database, application, and integration teams to support platform reliability and issue resolution.
Uvjeti
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a similar technical field.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of databases, SQL, reporting tools, application support, or enterprise systems.
- Interest in learning IBM Planning Analytics, TM1, Planning Analytics Workspace, and Planning Analytics for Excel.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset when supporting business users.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with colleagues across technical and business teams.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, document solutions, and continuously improve support processes.
