- Provide 1st level support for users and clients
- Support onboarding and offboarding of users
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 / 11 clients
- Maintain and troubleshoot Dell and HP client hardware
- Work with ManageEngine for IT management, monitoring, or ticketing
- Document incidents, changes, and solutions clearly
- Manage endpoint security with WithSecure
- Provide 2nd level support for servers and network devices
- Administer Windows Server 2019 / 2025 systems
- Support network infrastructure including switches, VLANs, routing, VPN, and Wi-Fi
- Work with Ubiquiti switches, controllers, and access points
- Support Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and access points
- Participate in maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and improvement of the IT environment
Uvjeti
- Mid-level experience in IT support and system administration
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 / 11
- Knowledge of endpoint security solutions, ideally WithSecure
- Experience with ManageEngine is welcome
- Experience with Dell and HP hardware is an advantage
- Practical experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and file permissions
- Understanding of networking topics such as TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, VPN, firewall rules, and Wi-Fi
- Structured and independent working style
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Friendly and professional communication with users
- Willingness to document work and share knowledge
- Interest in improving IT processes and system stability
